Spices are natural products from all around the world. They come mainly from tropical and subtropical regions. A hot and humid climate and what are generally the most basic of production, storage and transport conditions pose a danger of microbiological spoilage, such as mould, or unhygienic handling.

All raw materials are therefore subjected to a systematic quality check when they are received by WIBERG. Detailed analyses and testing follow – because only the best raw materials are selected to undergo further processing for use in WIBERG products.
