Still waters run deep − anyone who knows Christian Berger will confirm that fact. He is the fourth member of the team and a guy who impresses customers and colleagues alike with his steady demeanour and seemingly unflappable calmness. But behind this façade a cauldron of new ideas and creativity is bubbling away. For Christian Berger is a true all-rounder in the team. His duties include setting the tone for sales support documentation photo-shoots, working closely with the marketing team, he plays a vital part in shaping the product range and, not least, as a proven professional, is the leading light in all industrial catering matters. His expertise is drawn from a varied career, which began with an apprenticeship in the Bayerischer Hof hotel/restaurant in Salzburg. He then went on to make a name for himself over 15 years in the international Sheraton hotel group. In addition, as an ambassador for Austrian and Salzburg cuisine, he took this philosophy and associated cooking skills out into the wider world.Since 1999 he has been bringing new vitality to the WIBERG team, inspiring us all through his conviction that "food is not just about eating one's fill, it's also about relaxation, broadening horizons and motivation".
