What is Deco Quick®?
Deco Quick® is a foil for cooked ham on which decorative herbs and seasonings are applied using a special process. During production, line the ham mould with the foil and cook the product as per usual. Once the cooking process is complete, the foil is easy to remove, and the herbs and spices are left on the ham as a decorative coating.
What makes Deco Quick® so special?
Often herbs and spices are applied manually when producing spice-coated ham products. Simplify the production process with Deco Quick®: The foil evently transfers and adheres the decorative seasoning to the ham. The uniform seasoning coating stays on the finished product, even when the ham is sliced. The used herbs and spices are of course premium WIBERG quality, that comes through in colours like the intense herb green and in the full aromatic flavour.
What can Deco Quick® be used for?Not only exquisite ham products but also elegant pâtés and scalded sausage roulades can be wrapped with the spice coated foil. The process is just as simple as for cooked ham products: Wrap the product with Deco Quick® before cooking, remove the foil after cooking and let your eyes and palate enjoy the seasoned spice coated delicacies!
