There are key advantages to treating meat with select active agent combinations: tender and juicy pieces of meat, low moisture and cooking loss, optimised colour maintenance and improved shelf life. Proven functional ingredients promote economical and effective meat processing. Different combinations of active ingredients are used depending on the type of meat, desired yield or injection quantity, technology used, and the requirements of the final product.

Innovative combinations of active agents from the Stabicon, Meatstab and Stabipro product groups* are customised to the required parameters and production targets. Safely processing fresh meat guarantees an optimum result.


Stabicon products: These active agents are specially designed for meat products that are sold cooked or pre-cooked. The mild seasoning underscores the natural meat flavour. Stabicon 15 and Stabicon 30 are perfect for injection quantities from below 10 % to max. 30 % and are available in order quantities up from 1 kg.

Stabipro products*:  Due to their low additive amounts, Stabipro active agent combinations are ideal for especially economic preparation of fresh meat. This group includes products with delicate base seasoning and products with a neutral flavour for universal use with all types of meat.

Meatstab products*: The Meatstab group of active agent combinations ensures a very low drip and cooking loss. They are therefore ideal for use with fresh and pre-cooked meat preparations and pre-packaged meat. Meatstab products promote optimum colour maintenance and, thanks to their neutral flavour, they can be used with all types of meat, for example beef, pork and poultry.

All Stabicon, Stabipro and Meatstab products are free of flavour enhancers and free of allergens that are subject to specific labelling under EU regulations.
