Grillfix dry marinades are the easy and safe way to create delicately marinated grilled specialities.

These all-in-one powdered blends win over customers with their balanced seasoning and integrated preservation. Grillfix marinades are especially economical since processing is fast and easy and only small amounts of no more than 43 g/kg meat are required.

Adding cooking oil at the end of the process seals meat products and ensures less drying. The oil coating also creates an attractive sheen and gives marinated delicacies an appetising appearance.

Two new products, Herb Butter and India, are a sure-fire way to bring both flavours to your customers’ grills. Try our three existing flavours as well – Budapest, Rosemary and Sicilia. The new and improved recipes guarantee an even more reliable production of tender and juicy grilled specialities.

All Grillfix dry marinades are free of added flavour enhancers and allergens that are subject to specific labelling under EU regulations.

Usage
  1. Mix Grillfix with water (5 – 10 % of meat weight).  
  2. Tumble the meat with the marinade briefly, or mix by hand.
  3. Add cooking oil (approximately 3 – 4 % of meat weight) and mix briefly.
