Allergens at WIBERG

Mustard and mustard products qualify as "allergenic" products

Allergenic ingredients are labelled in compliance with the regulations in force.


The entire product development process is evaluated for product carryover and cross-contamination with allergens or allergen-containing raw materials, and the required measures to minimise the risk of such an occurrence are defined:
  • the allergen status of all raw materials is available
  • WIBERG recipe or item classification
  • validated production and cleaning regulations
  • employee qualification
However, because the production facilities are not fully closed, neither WIBERG nor our suppliers can exclude the existence of the most minute traces (e.g. dust) of allergen-containing components that are customary within the industry.
