The perfect cooked ham product should be appetizing in colour and appearance, the slice consistency perfect, the weight yield optimum and it must comply with legal requirements. 

Classic cooked ham

Whole pieces of meat in air-permeable packaging. The meat is cooked open, with or without a shape, and suffers a cooking loss.

Toast ham / Picnic ham

Smaller pieces of meat that are cooked in a closed container and do not suffer a cooking loss.

Smoked meat / Smoked pork chops
Whole, non-moulded pieces that are cooked without a shape (possibly in a mesh) and suffer a cooking loss.
