Evaluation Criteria for Suppliers
The supplier evaluation demonstrates a supplier’s operating efficiency over a lengthy period and tells us about the general achievement potential of our business partners. It comprises an operational part and a strategic part, which are combined into one overall assessment.

The operational part records all deliveries with regard to:
  • adherence to delivery dates
  • adherence to quantity stipulations
  • delivery quality.
It then evaluates them for statistical purposes.

The strategic part covers criteria that go beyond day-to-day business and are important for shaping future business relations with our suppliers.
